- Business automation solutions
- AI integration services
- Custom integration services
- Premium upgrade installations
3. Service Agreements
Specific terms for our services will be outlined in separate service agreements. These terms of service govern the general relationship between you and Jamaica Tech Solutions.
4. Payment Terms
- Setup fees are due upon contract signing
- Project fees are structured per agreement
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
5. Installation and Setup
For on-site installations:
- You must provide safe and reasonable access to installation areas
- Installation timelines are estimates and may vary
- You are responsible for providing adequate power and network infrastructure
- Additional charges may apply for modifications to original specifications
6. Warranties and Support
- Hardware installations include a 1-year warranty
- 24/7 support is available for active clients
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt services
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamaica Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica.
